QE Senior Executive/ Executive / Senior Engineer

Job Mission

To ensure the implementation of Quality, OH&S, Environmental system, assist company to achieve quality goal and improve supplier quality consistency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality of product meet customer specification and fitness for use.
2. Prepare relevant quality report for management review.
3. Liaise with supplier and MA group on global material quality.
4. Continues work with supplier to improve process/contamination control to meet customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure the customer’s new/revised/addition requirement is proper channel and practiced.
6. Responsible for supplier performance rating.
7. Performs duties in compliance with RBA.
8. Perform other task as per designated by superior.

Accountabilities & Authorities

1. Work with PMC to develop new potential supplier.
2. Perform periodic audit at supplier premises and quality system survey for new supplier.
3. Disposition of incoming material non-conformity.
4. Ensure the precise information/data is provided for weekly, monthly, quarterly report and quality report.
5. Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

1. Preferably tertiary qualification with minimum 1 year experience in similar field or SPM qualification with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity ( potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided ).
2. Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, gage repeatability & reproducibility, SPC and QC 7 tools, product process and clean room knowledge.
3. Personal capability – professional conduct by :
   a. Commitment to timely job and task completion
   b. Orderly and systematic work practices and actions
   c. Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
4. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and problem solving.
