QE Senior Executive/ Executive / Senior Engineer

Job Mission

To ensure the implementation of quality, environmental and OH & S system, promote the higher product quality, assists company to achieve quality goal.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the effectiveness of QC operation.
2. Ensure quality of product meet customer specification and fitness for use.
3. Prepare relevant quality report for departmental review.
4. Enhance/upgrade employee personal skill from time to time.
5. Process continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
6. Support team to improve product trouble shoot, problem solving for quality matter raised and new product phase in.
7. Perform other task as per designated by superior.

Accountabilities & Authorities

1. Ensure the quality inspection report is up to date and review at appropriate interval.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of inspection and is conducted as per QC plan.
3. Ensure the quality activity is implemented as per schedule for environment checking, correlation , calibration and those activity may affect to product quality.
4. Ensure the operation process is justified and complied to process control plan.
5. Manpower arrangement for shift rotation.
6. Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

1. Tertiary qualification in any discipline ( potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided ) or SPM qualification with minimum 5 years in similar field.
2. Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, gage repeatability & reproducibility, SPC, QC 7 tools, quality plan, geometry and clean room knowledge.
3. Personal capability – professional conduct by :
   a. Commitment to timely job and task completion
   b. Orderly and systematic work practices and actions
   c. Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
4. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and trouble shooting.
5. Skill in computer literature, communication and handling of worker discipline.
