Production Senior Executive/ Executive

Job Mission

To ensure maximum utilization of production capacity in MPS planning

Job Responsibilities

1. Manpower / line arrangement for daily prod confirmation
2. Ensure output / in stock follow the MPS
3. In process quality issue analysis & solution
4. Productivity and scrap rate planning & monitoring
5. Leave arrangement for AE / Leader / FSO
6. shift rotation arrangement
7. Trial run process handling
8. Shipment status follow up
9. Performs duties in compliance with RBA
10. Stock take handling

Accountabilities & Authorities

1. Ensures the achievement of daily productivity and quality
2. Arranges manpower in accordance to production requirement
3. Arranges and prepare material
4. In-charge of manpower discipline and attendance
5. Ensures and control WIP in production
6. Provides relevant production report
7. Provides training to direct operator
8. Performs other production administration duties as directed by superior
9. Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

1. Minimum SPM requirement/ Certificate In Engineering Discipline with 3 years’ experience in similar capacity ( potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided )
2. Skill in leadership & communication
3. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of manpower arrangement & product knowledge
