PM-NPI Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager

Job Mission

To ensure FA / NPI / R & D product transfer smoothly to mass production.

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with MA group and customer about new program transfer.
2. Coordinate with internal and external parties to make sure new program is run smoothly.
3. Prepare relevant quality report for management reviewv
4. Respond all matters that related to new program and engineering change of mass product.
5. Assist in process/contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
6. Perform other task as per designated by superior.

Accountabilities & Authorities

1. Ensure the new product is meeting to customer nominal specification and fitness for use.
2. In-line with company goal and phase in new program successfully.
3. Lead the FA audit / new program process audit to meet customer requirement.
4. Provide precise information/data for quality report and FAI document.
5. Status tracking during new program trial run and problem trouble shooting if any.
6. Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

1. Tertiary Education in Engineering discipline with minimum 3 years in similar field.
2. Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, GR&R , SPC, QC 7 tools, geometry, quality plan, product process and clean room knowledge.
3. Personal capability – professional conduct by :
   a. Commitment to timely job and task completion
   b. Orderly and systematic work practices and actions
   c. Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
4. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and problem solving.
5. Skill in computer literature and communication.
