Production Manager/ Assistant Manager

Job Mission

To ensure new program has a robust process flow.

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Product drawing review and provide DFM input.
   2. Define process flow and tooling list.
   3. Review Tooling/Machine/Fixture design.
   4. Work with ME and Production to provide line layout.
   5. Lead and publish process FMEA.
   6. In-line inspection machine correlation.
   7. Prepare all mechanical dimension correlation samples (Golden and Silver).
   8. Pivot installation characterization.
   9. Arm height translation study.
   10. Packaging qualification.
   11. Engineering evaluation (Customer & Internal).
   12. Perform Failure Analysis and provide corrective action.
   13. Process/Yield monitoring and Improvement.
   14. Perform other task as per designated by superior.

   Accountabilities & Authorities

   1. rocess flow defined has to meet drawing requirement.
   2. Work closely with NPI during new program trial run and perform on-the-spot failure analysis to reduce the defect.
   3. Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

   Competency – Knowledge & Skill

   1. Tertiary Education in Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years in similar field . Potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided.
   2. Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, GR&R , SPC, QC 7 tools, geometry, quality plan, product process and clean room knowledge.
   3. Personal capability – professional conduct by :

      c. Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
   4. Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and problem solving.
